We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an International Sales and Customer Service Representative in Lisbon, Portugal. As a representative of Blu Selection, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to customers from around the world.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is approximately €1,298 gross per month, excluding accommodation. We also offer free accommodation, including bills, and reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 3 months. Additionally, you will receive free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sport activities, and social events organized by the company.
About the Job
Your responsibilities as a customer service agent will include assisting customers with questions about their shopping cart or experiencing other problems during their shopping experience. You will provide smart and calm solutions in situations while paying attention to details. Your tasks will involve phone, email, and chatroom communication with customers.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must be fluent in Dutch or Flemish and have a good command of English. You should be energetic and innovative, a fast thinker who works proactively. Motivation and teamwork are essential soft skills for this position. You should also have excellent communication skills and an intercultural mind, willing to work with many nationalities.
