Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Offer product and service information to customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements:



  • Native or fluent in Italian (written and spoken).
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work on-site in Lisbon, Portugal.
