Business Development Operations Partner

At Unit4, we're on a mission to revolutionize the cloud ERP software space. As a Business Development Operations Partner, you'll play a crucial role in driving our growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive BD Adoption: Align with recognized best practices and enablement across Drift and 6Sense, collaborating with Business Development Leadership and Demand Generation teams.
- Orchestrate BD Content Creation: Ensure continual alignment with Business Development Leadership, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing, utilizing performance analytics from tools like SalesLoft and Marketo.
- Manage Operational Relationships: Maximize the use and functionality of SalesLoft across the BD team, managing the operational relationship between SalesLoft and Unit4.
- Own BD KPIs and Outreach Performance: Analyze and review BD KPIs and outreach performance metrics in SalesLoft, driving data-driven decision-making.
- Enablement and Onboarding: Collaborate with our Global Sales Enablement Manager to orchestrate onboarding and ongoing enablement, ensuring seamless adoption of best practices.
- 2+ years of business development/lead generation/sales experience, with SaaS or Tech experience advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in English, with multi-language skills advantageous.
- Experience with technology, including 6Sense, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and Drift.
- A passion for process creation, management, adoption, and improvement.
