Strategic Business Partner

As a Revenue Operations Business Partner at Unit4, you will play a crucial role in driving increased productivity and effectiveness of the sales & marketing teams. You will proactively integrate data insights and provide recommendations across all stages of the sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute tactical elements of sales & marketing to develop best practices and continuously improve effectiveness
• Lead the agenda and drive regular divisional insight reviews and strategy meetings
• Collaborate with the PowerBI team to ensure consistency of reporting
• Reinforce best-in-class pipeline hygiene and feedback on operational changes
• Champion and support the rollout of sales enablement tools and reporting automation
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and/or Finance
• Strong analytical and data skills with the ability to surface actionable trends
• Clear, strategic thinking with vision and the ability to execute on priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
