We are seeking an experienced and skilled Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team. This key role will play a crucial part in implementing strategic HR initiatives, overseeing various HR functions, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee talent acquisition, recruitment, and retention strategies, focusing on workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Develop comprehensive onboarding plans and educate newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations.
  • Analyze data using relevant HR metrics, such as time to hire and employee turnover rates, to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and make informed recommendations for improvement.
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews to evaluate individual and team achievements, providing guidance on performance improvement plans and professional development.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture by enhancing job satisfaction through new perks and benefits, team-building activities, and addressing issues promptly.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar role, with knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

**Salary Range:** $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
