Strategic HR Partner for Lisbon Team

We have an exciting opportunity for an Hr Business Partner in Lisbon. This strategic role will act as a partner to the business, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive HR support, including talent management, employee relations, and performance management, working closely with managers and employees to ensure the right deployment of HR policies and activities in Portugal.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Developing Individuals and Teams: Facilitating leadership workshops and cultural programs to develop individuals and teams.
  2. Coaching and Educating Managers and Employees: Providing HR guidance and expertise to line managers and employees while coaching and educating them on various aspects of HR.
  3. Recruitment Support: Collaborating with external recruitment partners to support line managers with recruitment needs.
  4. Productivity and Efficiency Opportunities: Supporting management in identifying opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.
  5. Talent Retention Strategies: Developing strategies to ensure no disruption to business or loss of key talent.
  6. HR Administration Process Improvement: Managing, assessing, and improving HR administration processes in close cooperation with the Regional HR Shared Services team.

This role requires:

  • University Degree or Equivalent in Business Administration/HR Management or a related field.
  • 3-5 Years of Relevant Experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
  • An Entrepreneurial Mindset with a practical approach, able to focus on priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to Cope Under Pressure.
  • Able to Establish Trustful Relationships internally and externally.
  • Proactive and Enthusiastic.
  • Proficiency in Spoken and Written English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including:
