About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our Porto site at Domino Printing. As a key member of our Global HR Team, you will be responsible for HR within Portugal, driving strategic and operational initiatives to support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with General Managers to identify improvement opportunities and drive business outcomes.
- Support and coach managers on people management, performance, and talent development.
- Lead employee communications, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Implement our Recruitment system and develop local capabilities to attract and retain key talent.
- Undertake HR administration, maintain policies, procedures, and training needs.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in an autonomous HR role, excellent HR knowledge, and skills. You will also be highly organized, flexible, and able to cover operational and administration tasks. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, with Spanish being desirable.
