About the Job

We're seeking an experienced leader to join our Global Benefits team as a Senior Manager, Benefits. As a key member of the EMEA Benefits Design and Strategy team, you will develop and implement comprehensive benefits strategies, lead annual benefit renewals, and design new benefit programs.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement benefits strategies across EMEA, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
  • Manage the end-to-end renewal process for key benefits programs, negotiating competitive rates and enhancing service levels.
  • Design and implement new benefit initiatives to enhance employee experience and competitiveness in the market.
  • Analyze market trends and benchmarking data to inform strategic recommendations on benefit offerings and cost efficiency.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, HRBPs, and Finance teams on complex benefits-related decisions.
  • Support M&A integrations, assessing existing benefits structures and developing integration roadmaps.
  • Escalate high-impact or sensitive employee benefits inquiries, providing in-depth analysis and resolution.

Your Qualifications

  • 7-10+ years of experience in Rewards/Benefits, with a strong focus on EMEA.
  • Proven leadership in benefits strategy, managing external vendors and brokers, and negotiating contracts.
  • Exceptional project management skills, juggling multiple priorities and leading high-impact projects.
  • Strong analytical mindset, interpreting and analyzing benefits-related data.
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills, translating complex benefits concepts into clear communications.
