We provide services related to HR Administration, Payroll, Equity & Benefits, and much more. As an Employee Experience Specialist, your mission will be to perform daily activities associated with ensuring successful interface between automated systems and customer ERP systems.
You will monitor expense transactions to identify behaviors that are indicative of errors, potential fraud, waste, or misuse. You will take actions via predefined resolution steps to create policy awareness, acquire additional justification, or escalate findings to the management/HR.
You will execute basic functions within SAP GloHRia and SAP Concur, the expense management tool and auditing system for Italy. You will support the creation/update of Microsoft Excel files (utilizing pivot tables and v-look ups) and provide support to employees, managers, and HR local colleagues in our ticketing tool.
You will serve as the tier 2 point of contact for employee customer services (AskHR) and support the team on auditing exceptions to monitor daily activities, including Concur/SAP open items, AMEX/VISA past due monitoring, late fees management, and various other employee reimbursement reports as assigned.
You will work with the team to coordinate efforts to reduce late fees, duplicate payments, and processing errors. You will support performing all processes and issue resolution by working closely with Managers and HR.
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Psychology, Social Sciences, or similar. Fluency in Italian, Portuguese, and English is required. A digital mindset, interest, and experience in IT solutions/applications are essential. Team Player, strong customer focus, results, and quality orientation are necessary.
A reliable, organized individual with autonomy and strong communication skills is needed. Ability to work under pressure in a changing environment and knowledge in Excel are also required.
