At Mypeople Human Resources, we're on a mission to create a world where professionals thrive. We're looking for an exceptional Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This role offers the perfect blend of challenge and fulfillment.

The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for building our first-ever HR department from scratch, shaping the organization's human capital strategy. Key responsibilities include:

Recruitment:

Designing, implementing, and monitoring hiring and development programs that drive business success. This includes recruitment and selection processes tailored to meet the company's evolving needs.

Payroll and Administrative:

Maintaining accurate payroll records, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, providing training opportunities, managing fleet logistics, and handling administrative tasks with precision.

Policies and Procedures:

Creating, proposing, and managing comprehensive HR policies and procedures that align with the company's values and best practices in the industry. This includes developing a compensation and benefits package that reflects the company's commitment to employee satisfaction.

This is a mid-to-senior level position that requires a strong educational background in Human Resources or a related field, along with 4-5 years of experience in HR. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building collaborative relationships with both managers and employees. Proficiency in Excel and a good command of English are also necessary.
