In this role, you will provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, managing calendars, and handling internal and external correspondence. You will also be responsible for maintaining and organizing HR department files, records, and documents both physically and digitally.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within an HR department.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
