Our client is a Private Investor with offices in Lisbon.
Descrição
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the Investor.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Draft, edit, and translate correspondence and documents in both English and Spanish.
Conduct research and prepare reports and presentations as needed.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist with personal tasks and errands as required.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations.
Liaise with internal and external contacts to facilitate communication and collaboration.
Perform general office duties, including filing, organising, and maintaining records.
Perfil ideal
Qualifications:
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
