**Job Type:** Permanent, Full-time
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at the Government of Yukon. As a key member of our administrative support staff, you will provide high-level administrative assistance to senior management and contribute to the smooth operation of our organization.
The successful candidate will have recent experience in providing administrative support, including word processing, data entry, and record-keeping. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to senior management, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Coordinating travel arrangements and managing calendars
- Performing other administrative duties as required
We offer a competitive salary range of **$59,907 - $82,549** per year, based on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
**Essential Qualifications:)
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A certificate or diploma in office administration or a related field
- Recent experience in providing administrative support, including word processing, data entry, and record-keeping
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
**Desirable Qualifications:)
Candidates with experience in accounting and/or financial functions, including accounts payable and receivable, will be given preference.
Salary Range:) The annual salary for this position is **$71,322 - $82,549**.
