**Compensation Solutions Specialist**

We are seeking an experienced Compensation specialist to join our team. As a key member of our consulting practice, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement Compensation and Variable Pay solutions using SAP SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Compensation processes such as Compensation Worksheets, Budget allocation, Compensation Planning, Compensation statements, etc.
  • Analyze client requirements and provide recommendations for Compensation and Variable Pay solutions.

Requirements:

  • 1.5+ years of relevant experience in SF Compensation & Variable Pay with a minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations in Compensation and at least 1 end-to-end implementation in Variable Pay.
  • Good integration knowledge with other modules like PMGM and EC.
  • Strong SuccessFactors Compensation knowledge and a valid certification.
  • Ability to communicate and work well in a cross-functional team environment and also in the offshore/onsite model.
