About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for finding and attracting top talent in the IT industry. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional recruitment services.
Responsibilities: The successful candidate will analyze job requirements with clients, source candidates from various platforms, conduct interviews, and provide regular updates to clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting performance targets.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years' experience in Recruitment and Selection, with a proven track record of success. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and able to work under pressure. Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential.
