Role Overview

As an Indirect Purchase Administrative Officer at Ceva Logistics, you will play a crucial role in the finance operations of our EUROPE region.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and ensure the administrative tasks of Indirect Purchases within its scope.
  • Cost estimates, invoices, monitoring of account statements, participate in dispute management with process documentation and contact suppliers when needed.
  • Process order requests and purchase orders in internal systems, with validation of respective costs center associated.
  • Control delivery deadlines for purchase orders whenever action is justified.
  • Ensure a good daily operational relationship with internal customers and suppliers.
  • Key User support for CEVA internal platforms.

Requirements

  • High school diploma with experience in sales/finance or accounting administrative functions.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position; experience within a shared service environment would be a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Excel.
  • SAP and procurement tools (will be a plus).
  • Language: Portuguese mandatory (Minimum: C1), German mandatory (Minimum: C1).
