Customer Service Representative for Parking App in Lisbon

Talingual seeks a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers using our European parking app.

Job Summary

This role involves communicating with customers via various channels, resolving issues related to transactions, account management, and app functionality. You will also provide technical assistance and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service through phone, email, or chat
  • Assist users with technical problems and resolve issues efficiently
  • Address customer concerns related to transactions, account management, and app functionality
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Estimated Salary Range: Based on the location and job requirements, the estimated monthly salary range is between 1000-1200 euros.
