We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Global Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at TheHRchapter. This exciting opportunity presents an ideal chance for a passionate professional in digital marketing to drive growth through effective affiliate programs.

This is a remote role open to candidates within the EMEA region, offering a competitive compensation package based on experience and performance.

As a Global Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and evaluating the performance of affiliate programs and activities. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Affiliate Recruitment: Identifying and recruiting new affiliates/IBs, while nurturing relationships with existing partners.
  • Program Oversight: Managing and evaluating the performance of affiliate programs and activities.
  • Client Engagement: Addressing inquiries and resolving any issues raised by affiliates.
  • Partnership Development: Sourcing and negotiating new affiliate partnerships or renewing contracts with existing affiliates.
  • ROI Analysis: Developing proposals for affiliate partnerships based on projected returns on investment.
  • Policymaking: Monitoring affiliate websites to detect fraudulent activity or violations of program policies (e.g., spamming, unauthorized disclosures).
  • Performance Evaluation: Analyzing sales data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and recommending improvements or discontinuation.
  • Market Identification: Using demographic data and statistics to pinpoint emerging markets and new business opportunities.
  • Collaborative Content Creation: Working with the creative team to develop region-specific promotional materials for affiliates.
  • Campaign Management: Preparing marketing briefs to generate campaign assets and proposing new ideas or bonus offers to affiliates.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager and a degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Media Buying, or a related field. Proven background in Affiliate Marketing, especially in FX brokerage or related industries, is essential. Technical skills required include expertise in affiliate and partner marketing channels, familiarity with affiliate networks and tools, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

You will also need to be fluent in English and Spanish and possess excellent planning and project management capabilities, ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines, detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written), and a curious and positive demeanor. You may be required to travel for conferences and team meetings as needed.
