We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Lead to join our team as we launch our new Affiliate Network. This critical role will play a key part in driving business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and targets, utilizing your expertise in the industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, networks, and agencies, ensuring a collaborative and mutually beneficial partnership.
  • Identify and onboard new affiliate partners to expand our network and reach, leveraging your analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts and agreements, applying your excellent communication and negotiation skills to drive successful partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, evaluating effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement to optimize results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, ensuring our affiliate program remains competitive and effective, and sharing your knowledge with the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align affiliate initiatives with overall business goals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the affiliate marketing team, setting clear goals and expectations, and inspiring and motivating team members to excel.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in the affiliate industry, with a deep understanding of affiliate marketing principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, enabling you to build strong relationships and negotiate successful partnerships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions, driving business growth and optimization.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on driving performance and achieving objectives, always striving for excellence.
  • Highly motivated and energetic, with great communication and organizational skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of tasks and projects, and delivering high-quality results.
  • Fluency in English is essential, with excellent writing and communication skills, enabling you to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Availability to work flexible hours due to different time zones, demonstrating your adaptability and willingness to meet business needs.

  • Experience and knowledge in the Dating vertical, allowing you to leverage your expertise and drive growth in this area.
  • Established relationships with advertisers and affiliates in the industry, providing a solid foundation for building new partnerships.
