Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team at Airbus. As a key member of our Global Business Services (GBS) team, you will provide exceptional customer support to our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our help desk software to ensure seamless customer support.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve customer issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with product updates and be able to explain key features to customers.
  • Research customer inquiries and provide accurate information from available resources.
  • Direct customers to relevant user guides and support resources when necessary.
  • Delegate complex issues to second-level support teams.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English language skills.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of EHS regulations and compliance.
  • Ability to work in a structured environment and as part of a team.
  • French, Spanish, or German language skills are a plus.
