Regional Sales Director

About the Role
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and profitability within our 'Owned and Operated' stores. This role requires a customer-centric approach, with a focus on building high-performing teams and executing global and local brand standards consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop high-performing teams to achieve sales targets and store KPIs.
- Coach and mentor Store Managers to maximize sales and profitability.
- Partner with HR, Retail ops, Training, and Merchandising to maximize potential in people, product, and sales.
- Develop and implement training programs to deliver business results.
- Ensure all Retail communications are shared timely and aligned with Group Communications standards.
About You
We are looking for an experienced retail management professional with a proven track record of delivering in a similar multi-site field management role. You should have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve sales targets.
