The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network engineering and be proficient in wireless technology. The role will involve working with our customers to resolve complex technical issues and provide expert advice on network configuration and setup.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Actively assist other technical consulting engineers and global delivery partners in problem resolution.
- Interact effectively with engineering teams to solve complex problems.
- Submit effective escalations with engineering teams.
- Recognize and submit bugs with required related information.
- Act on pervasive bugs and issues within technology domain.
- Provide escalation support and lab setup expertise.
- Build shared and reusable lab setups.
- Produce and share intellectual capital, including documentation and training, for internal audiences, global delivery partners, and customers.
- Actively mentor and develop new hires, including global delivery partners.
- Leverage software skills and tools to configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Cisco products and solutions.
- Contribute to the development of digital intellectual capital, such as scripts and digital signatures.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, the candidate should have:
- A bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as computer science or electrical engineering.
- At least 3-6 years of experience in a related field.
- Working knowledge of software programmability, automation, orchestration, and/or virtualization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internal resources.
