We are looking for talented individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer success. As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will own, troubleshoot and solve complex customer technical issues, collaborating with internal teams and leveraging advanced troubleshooting tools.

You will work in a flexible environment, with the option to work up to 50% from home, allowing for a better work-life balance.

To succeed in this role, you must have hands-on experience in technical support, consulting, or information technology, as well as experience working in a global customer service environment resolving complex technical issues.
You should be fluent in English, with additional language qualifications in Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, or Italian being an added advantage.
The estimated salary for this role is around $100,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to and resolving complex customer technical issues
- Collaborating with internal teams to drive customer success
- Engaging with Microsoft Engineering/Supportability teams to improve products and processes
