Insurance Support Coordinator for International Insurance Solutions

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Support Coordinator to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a competitive gross base salary, meal allowance, individual bonus, quarterly bonus, transport allowance, and health and disability insurance.
Job DescriptionThis role involves evaluating and managing customer claims, liaising with insurance companies, clients, and service providers via telephone and email. The coordinator will also be responsible for coordinating the direct billing process with international providers, handling a portfolio of clients with expatriates stationed worldwide, and processing e-claims and invoicing.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have:
- Native or fluent French language skills;
- Previous experience in insurance in the medical sector in an international environment (preferable);
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- A service-oriented approach;
- Attention to detail.
This role is based in Lisbon, with rotating shifts between 7am and 7pm from Monday to Friday, and occasional work on Saturdays.
