As a Technical Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting customers across multiple communication channels, ensuring timely resolution of their queries and concerns.

Key Accountabilities
  • Provide expert technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, adapting the company's voice and tone to suit different channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
