Job Summary

We're seeking a Premier Customer Care Representative to join our frontline team. As a key point of contact for our larger customers, you'll build loyalty and trust through proactive customer care, providing accurate information and guidance via voice, chat, or email.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively provide exceptional customer care, resolving service-related issues and identifying optimal long-term solutions.
  • Accurately and timely enter information into our systems and produce standard reports for customers and leadership.
  • Identify new opportunities to grow business with customers and work collaboratively with other teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service roles, with selling experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and computer literacy.
  • Commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset to find the best solution for customers.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
  • Confidence, empathy, and friendliness to offer excellent customer experiences.
