Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Sensei. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in alcoholic beverage sales, exceptional market understanding, and a passion for craft products.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase brand awareness and market penetration.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key retail buyers, distributors, and existing customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent business experience.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the alcohol industry.
  • Proven experience in sales and market development, working with chain stores and HoReCa establishments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
