Job Overview

Sensei is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to expand our presence in the Portuguese retail sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in alcoholic beverage sales, exceptional market understanding, and a passion for craft products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with chain retailers, specialty beverage stores, and HoReCa establishments throughout Portugal.
  • Prospect new customers by conducting market research and seeking sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase brand awareness and market penetration.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key retail buyers, distributors, and existing customers to nurture loyalty and encourage repeat purchases.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent business experience.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the alcohol industry.
  • Proven experience in sales and market development, working with chain stores and HoReCa establishments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
