As a Customer Success and Upsell Specialist at Adecco, your main focus will be on ensuring high customer renewal rates. You will drive revenue growth through strategic cross-selling and upselling, fostering strong relationships through exceptional nurturing, and retaining clients by leveraging your expertise in opening, needs assessment, persuasive sales pitches, objection handling, and confident closing.

The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-focused role, with proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Dynamics 365. A Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Communication Sciences, or a related field is preferred, but not required.

You will utilize CRM tools to maintain organized and detailed records of the client journey, enabling high-quality service and insightful reporting. Key responsibilities include driving customer retention by ensuring high renewal rates and identifying at-risk accounts, providing specialized support and proactive guidance to meet client needs and expectations, and boosting new business revenue through effective cross-selling and upselling strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • Up to 3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-focused role
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Pipedrive, Dynamics 365)
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Communication Sciences, or a related field (preferred)
