**Job Description:**

As a Senior Manager, Global Payroll Transformation at Ch01 Che Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) Ag, you will play a key role in developing and executing global programs for payroll processing from input validation to employee/tax disbursement. This involves working closely with Operations and HR business colleagues to drive optimized design and implementation and improved employee experience.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute payroll process and system programs in alignment with global strategy and HR Services' transformation.
  • Collaborate with Data Privacy, Information Security, Procurement, Legal, and IT to ensure payroll solutions meet company standards.
  • Develop payroll and time and attendance projects that address simplification, systemization, and standardization of processes at global, regional, and country levels.

**Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
