Job Overview
The Digital Channel Enablement team seeks a Product Manager to drive product growth, highly motivated, analytical, with a commercial mindset and project management skills. The ideal candidate will synthesize customer learnings and pain points to introduce new product enhancements aimed at enhancing the overall value proposition and customer experience.
Main Responsibilities
• Collaborate closely with both global and regional teams to facilitate the introduction of new product enhancements
• Conduct data analysis, transactional monitoring, and take a data-driven approach to product enhancements
• Develop authentication performance optimization opportunities and lead product commercialization initiatives
• Support business review/highlights process with global product leads and regional teams as required
• Engage with strategic customers and work with the sales enablement team to develop tools and assets that accelerate product adoption
• Identify obstacles hindering the achievement of product performance objectives and devise actionable solutions to overcome them
Requirements
• Strong product commercialization experience showcasing excellent business acumen
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels across multiple geographies
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and adeptness in building and nurturing relationships
• Ability to leverage data to craft compelling narratives that convey insights effectively
