Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Property Agent to join our expanding team in the Algarve. As a vital member of our sales team, you will be responsible for conducting property viewings for clients, responding to their queries confidently and accurately, and working closely with the sales team and other stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.

This role presents an excellent opportunity to engage with a diverse selection of properties in our portfolio and leverage our resources and tools to excel in a competitive real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake property viewings for clients, providing clear and concise answers to their inquiries
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the properties in our portfolio by familiarizing yourself with the agency's details
  • Effectively utilize the Casafari CRM platform to manage client data and property information
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional client service
  • Maintain a professional image of the agency in all interactions with clients

Essential Requirements:

  • English and Portuguese fluency is necessary. Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
  • Previous experience as a real estate agent is beneficial but not compulsory.
  • A background in CRM systems and familiarity with Casafari would be a significant asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-driven and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are mandatory.
