About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Growth and Product Marketing Lead to join our team at HiJiffy, a high-growth B2B SaaS company offering AI solutions for the hospitality industry.

This role combines growth, performance marketing, product marketing, and customer engagement to accelerate growth and drive product adoption. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for scaling marketing initiatives, enhancing the customer experience, and enabling the sales team with impactful strategies.

Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth
  • Test and expand new growth channels to boost customer acquisition.
  • Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target high-value accounts with personalized campaigns.
  • Develop joint marketing programs with channel partners to drive co-marketing initiatives.
  • Lead pricing, promotion, and loyalty/referral program strategies to drive product adoption and customer retention.
  • Drive continuous A/B testing to improve conversion rates, optimize landing pages, and increase the effectiveness of marketing funnels.
Performance Marketing & Analytics
  • Lead paid advertising and acquisition campaigns across digital channels (Google, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive high-quality leads.
  • Implement and optimize remarketing strategies to re-engage and nurture leads throughout the funnel.
  • Develop and execute lead nurturing campaigns, including email marketing and automated personalized outreach.
  • Ensure the marketing tech stack is efficient and scalable, utilizing marketing automation platforms like HubSpot and Zapier.
  • Implement robust analytics frameworks to measure performance, develop attribution models, forecast outcomes, and improve marketing ROI. Deliver regular reports and dashboards to key stakeholders.
Product Marketing
  • Collaborate with the Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and create strong positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences across different customer segments.
  • Own go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring seamless execution and strong market adoption.
  • Develop tools and resources to educate the sales team on the product, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Champion Product-Led Growth initiatives that focus on key features driving user engagement and adoption.
Lifecycle Marketing
  • Develop and implement strategies to nurture customers throughout their journey—from lead generation to onboarding and retention.
  • Promote high-quality technical content that educates users on product features and benefits.
  • Gather and analyze customer insights to inform improvements in marketing messaging, product features, and overall customer experience.
Requirements
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in growth marketing, product marketing, or a related role within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Strong understanding of growth hacking, performance marketing, customer lifecycle management, and product-led growth strategies.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing attribution, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
