We are seeking an ambitious and creative salesperson to accelerate the growth of our subscription business in the UK and Europe. As an Enterprise Sales Growth Manager, you will be responsible for delivering significant uplift in our individual and enterprise subscriptions through up-sell and new business. You will also retain our existing client subscription base at a ratio > 80% and build and develop client relationships across their book of business of clients.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of exceeding targets and delivering creative and valuable solutions to clients. They will also have experience in media sales and be able to accelerate the growth of our brands and customer base. The successful candidate will be able to communicate and create compelling high-quality proposals independently and support innovation and developing new products and services.
You will work closely with our Group Marketing Director and Head of Customer Services to establish best-in-class sales and client engagement practices. You will also drive increased penetration and engagement across our existing client base and build close partnerships with our enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering significant uplift in our individual and enterprise subscriptions through up-sell and new business
- Retaining our existing client subscription base at a ratio > 80%
- Building and developing client relationships across their book of business of clients
- Presenting usage statistics to key customers
- Protecting our copyright and monetizing opportunities highlighted through client infringement
- Establishing best-in-class sales and client engagement practices
- Transitioning our subscription business from individual subscriptions to enterprise subscriptions
- Driving increased penetration and engagement across our existing client base
