The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in cross-functional project management, business operations, or executive support. You will demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
You will also be able to consult, facilitate, and influence to solve problems, particularly under pressure and with cross-functional partners. Strong English and Portuguese communication skills are essential, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
