Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic National Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Portugal. This pivotal role involves overseeing key account managers, enhancing B2C hospital business, and managing tender business.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in therapies such as oncology, cardiology, diabetes, hospital products, and ARVs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team of key account managers
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and expand market presence
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in B2C retail, hospital business, and tender business
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Represent Pierre Strand at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients
