About the Role

Hovione is a leading Contract Development and Manufacturing Company in the pharmaceutical sector. Our mission is to help clients bring new and off-patent drugs to market.

As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our portfolio of products and services directly to current and new end customers.

You will inform customers of new product/service introductions and prices, create and monitor lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline, negotiate complex contracts, and achieve personal sales targets while maximizing profitability of new business.

  • Promote and sell a portfolio of products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new end customers.
  • Inform customers of new product/service introduction and prices.
  • Create, monitor and revise lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.
  • Negotiate, with autonomy, highly complex contracts.
  • Achieve and deliver personal sales targets, maximizing profitability of new business.
About You
  • Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • Technical background preferred.
  • Typically requires 5 years of relevant experience in business development or related commercial area in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Experience in leading others in project context.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
