Job Description
You will:
- Build Relationships: Connect with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive growth and forge long-term partnerships.
- Drive Growth: Identify business opportunities, nurture leads, and contribute to building relationships that drive real impact.
- Understand Business Metrics: Familiarity with sales metrics, business pipelines, and general sales procedures is essential for this role.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
- Proposal Preparation: Prepare proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership to align on growth strategies.
- Represent Our Brand: Be the face and voice of Beta-I in meetings, events, and industry gatherings.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales roles.
- Natural People Magnet: Talking to people comes naturally to you, and you build trust effortlessly.
- Energy for Days: This role is relationship-heavy, so if social interactions drain you, it's not the right fit.
- Curiosity About Innovation: A genuine interest in innovation and entrepreneurship is key.
