Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to present, promote, and sell our products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. You will also identify business opportunities, analyze customer needs, and create new business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our products to existing and prospective customers
- Identify business opportunities and perform analysis of existing and potential customers
- Create new business and customer relationships
- Reach out to leads through cold calling
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within a given timeline
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills in English and Swedish. A Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field is required, along with at least one year of experience in Sales. You should be proactive, organized, result-driven, a team player, hungry to grow and learn, and resilient.
