Job Description:
As a Business Growth Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our company's growth by compelling businesses to switch to our superior waste management service. Your key responsibilities include making outbound calls daily to businesses to upsell our services using a simple pitch, maintaining a 40% activity rate by making a minimum of 100 call minutes/day, and convincing clients to switch their waste management service to us, who cover the termination fee.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in B2B or B2C environments
- Steady employment record with an average tenure of at least 1 year across roles
- Exceptional communication skills: You're a natural conversationalist and effective closer
- Quota-driven mindset: Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas
