About This Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with current and potential partners.

  • You will create business opportunities and increase revenue from existing accounts by initiating outbound calls and understanding the requirements and concerns of current and potential partners.
  • Introduce chosen partners to marketing campaigns.
  • Assist resellers in navigating programs to optimize overall profitability for everyone involved.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A native-level proficiency in Swedish and a minimum B2 level of English.
  • An independent working style and organizational skills.
  • Possess a passion for outbound B2B sales.
  • Significant experience in sales.
  • Be energetic, curious, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reside in Portugal and possess the necessary paperwork to work in Portugal.
