TheFork is seeking a skilled Field Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the restaurant industry.

Job Summary

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in managing designated pipelines, making outbound calls, negotiating terms, and consulting with prospective customers. You will need to adapt your approach to overcome objections and identify solutions to roadblocks, while ensuring a smooth and efficient sales cycle.

The successful candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the online space. A native Portuguese speaker with excellent English skills is required. Experience in restaurant or F&B distribution to HORECA channels/hospitality industry is highly valued, particularly in outbound sales activities and direct contact with prospects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage designated pipelines and make outbound calls to negotiate terms and close new business.

Consultatively position our distribution platform and value proposition to engage with prospective customers.

Modify customer engagement to overcome objections and identify solutions to roadblocks.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by collaborating with sales operations, supplier support, and account management teams.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you must be a self-starter with a results-driven mentality. A confident and energetic individual who is flexible, adaptable, and organized will thrive in this dynamic environment.

You should be able to deliver on initiatives without constant supervision and exhibit determination and resilience in the face of obstacles or challenges. Strong written and oral communication skills in English are necessary, as well as proficiency in any relevant local languages.
