We are seeking a Multilingual Customer Service Officer fluent in French, Dutch, and German to join our team in a fully remote role. This position is ideal for individuals based in Northern Portugal who are passionate about customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat in multiple languages.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints quickly and professionally.
- Work closely with various teams to provide effective solutions to customers' needs.
- Document customer interactions accurately and follow up to ensure full resolution of any outstanding issues.
- Provide valuable feedback to improve customer service processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Be the go-to expert for customer queries, offering clear, helpful, and informative responses.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Fluency in French, Dutch, and German (both written and spoken). Proficiency in English is also required for internal communication.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a call center is beneficial, but not mandatory. We value enthusiasm, a passion for helping others, and a willingness to learn.
- Candidate must be located in Northern Portugal.
