Job Description:

We offer a hybrid work model with a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately loading and maintaining Hotel, Activities, and Transportation Contracts, as well as Special Offers, Product Proposals, and other contracting-related duties.

In alignment with our product strategy, this role involves researching new products and fostering relationships with both new and existing suppliers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ideally with experience as an Administrator or Data Loader.
  • Proven data entry skills.
  • Ability to interpret supplier contracts effectively.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Team player with good numeracy skills.
  • Previous experience in a Tour Operator, DMC, Travel, or Hotel environment, or recent graduate in a related field.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Fluency in written and spoken French, English, and Spanish.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
