We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at TTEC. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to drive business growth through exceptional customer experiences.

As a Sales Growth Specialist, you'll work effectively to service and upsell client products to existing customers, while identifying and capitalizing on all other sale opportunities for products that may pair well with their current needs. To succeed in this role, you'll need to be results-focused, passionate about helping others, and skilled in goal setting and negotiation.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow your book of business by developing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring retention.
  • Engage customers in a consultative manner to develop value propositions that cater to their needs, with the goal of maintaining volume for existing clients and acquiring volume for new customers.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to identify and capitalize on all other sale opportunities for products that may pair well with their current needs.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Italian at an advanced B2/C1 level and proficiency in English at a minimum B1 level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sales negotiation and closing techniques.
  • Adept at using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
