We are looking for an accomplished Business Development Director to join our Ambis team. As a senior leader in our sales organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in EMEA, focusing on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing effective strategies to maximize prospecting outcomes, ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) for each country and team member.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing account-based strategies to generate high-quality leads
  • Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team in existing and new markets
  • Establishing clear KPIs to measure team performance and ensuring their attainment
  • Analyzing results and producing regular reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to enhance prospecting outcomes
