Customer Relationship Executive

As a Customer Relationship Executive at Tetra Pak, you will play a vital role in maintaining strong customer relationships to drive sustainable growth. You will be responsible for identifying and capturing short-, medium-, and long-term business opportunities, developing and executing strategic market plans, and driving sales of our full portfolio. Your goal will be to deliver financial targets for allocated customers, drive strategic alignment using key account management principles, and amplify the customer's voice by identifying gaps across touchpoints and driving proactive improvement actions.
Your Skills and Qualifications- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Engineering
- Excellent English language knowledge
- Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience with strong Value Selling skills
- Basics knowledge on forecasting
