We are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Customer Advisor, you will represent a global warranty service provider and receive incoming queries from users via phone and email, answering their queries in a timely manner.
This is a versatile inbound role where providing excellent customer care is important. You will be working in an international environment, communicating with clients in German and English.
The ideal candidate will have:
