About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to join our Partnerships team in Lisbon. As a key contributor to our indirect sales division, you will play a vital role in building relationships with financial intermediaries and strategic partners.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new Introducer Brokers to expand our network of partners
  • Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with these Partners to generate warm referrals
  • Work to create opportunities for large private client transactions such as overseas home purchases
  • Manage existing partnerships to maximize their business potential
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate closely with the wider team and report on sales progress
