We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to lead the charge in growing our individual and enterprise subscriptions while fostering long-lasting client partnerships.

Job Description:
  1. Grow Subscriptions: Drive significant increases in individual and enterprise subscriptions through up-selling and securing new business.
  2. Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
  3. Present Insights: Share usage statistics with key customers to demonstrate value and uncover new opportunities.
  4. Protect and Monetize: Safeguard our copyright and identify revenue opportunities linked to client infringement.
  5. Innovate: Establish best-in-class sales and client engagement practices alongside marketing and customer service leaders.
  6. Transition and Expand: Shift our subscription model from individual to enterprise and drive deeper engagement across the existing client base.
  7. Collaborate: Build strategic partnerships with enterprise customers to unlock their full potential.
